CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU V1E044PN) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where standard hinges are insufficient. Two internal steel pins allow template flexibility: leave pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for greater adjustability with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side (standard) and an 85° side (pre-set models) to provide a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° option is insufficient.

Performance (load and door width):
Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).

Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).

Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
