CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E044CH) are heavy‑duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier glass doors where traditional hinges fail. Constructed of solid brass with two internal steel pins, the Vienna Hinge offers two template options: keep the pins for compatibility with CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and to fit rectangular, square‑cornered cut-outs (including some competitive patterns). These features make it an ideal tempered glass shower door hinge for custom and retrofit installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with factory 90° activation; rotate the pin to use the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre‑set models come set at 85°.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins available up to 45° for off‑angle walls or non‑standard installations—specify angle when ordering.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
