The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N044CH) is a solid-brass shower door hinge with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, premium appearance. Similar to the Geneva Series but refined for contemporary glass showers, Pinnacle Hinges accept 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and are self-centering when the door is within 15 degrees of the closed position. Stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs deliver durable, reliable door closure for residential and hotel shower installations. The hinge includes a reversible 5 degree pivot pin (also used in Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series); custom pivot pins up to 45 degrees are available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the opposite side marked 85°. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models are factory-set to 85° for a tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip upside down) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Specify a custom pivot pin angle (up to 45°) when a wall or installation requires an off-angle closing solution.

CAPACITY:
Using two hinges: With 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass, holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges: With 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass, holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
