The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N037CH) is a premium brass shower door hinge with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Similar to our Geneva Series but with refined styling, Pinnacle accepts 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and is self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, this shower hinge delivers long service life and consistent door closure. It includes the reversible 5° pivot pin used across our Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite series. Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins can be specified for off-angle walls (up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset is insufficient.

Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
• Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
