The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU P1N037SN) is a solid-brass shower door hinge designed for tempered safety glass. Compared to the Geneva Series, Pinnacle adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, premium appearance. These hinges accept 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15 degrees of the closed position. Stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs provide corrosion resistance and reliable long-term door closure.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° marked on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are factory set to 85° for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired door closure.

CAPACITY:

• Two hinges on 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
• Three hinges on 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
