CRL Pinnacle Hinge — a sleek brass glass shower hinge with radius corners and beveled edges. Similar to the Geneva Series but refined for contemporary frameless shower doors, the Pinnacle accepts 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and is self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for long service life and reliable door closure. Includes the reversible 5° pivot pin used across Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite series hinges. Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; pre-set models are set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Specify custom pivot angles up to 45° for off-angle walls or non-90° installations when the standard 5° pivot does not achieve the desired closure.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: up to 80 lb (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm)
• Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: up to 120 lb (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm)
