The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N074BN) is a radius‑corner, beveled‑edge alternative to the Geneva Series, offering a sleek brass shower door hinge for tempered glass. Pinnacle Hinges accept 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self‑centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, the Pinnacle provides long service life and reliable door closure.

The hinge includes the same reversible 5° pivot pin used across the Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series. A Custom Pivot Pin is available for off‑angle installations up to 45°.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN:

Each Pinnacle Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with two settings: 90° (standard) and 85° (5° tighter closure). Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; pre‑set models ship with the 85° side activated. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change settings.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN:

Specify a Custom Pivot Pin for off‑angle installations (up to 45°) when the standard 5° pivot does not bring the door to the desired closing position.

Load Capacity

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), maximum door width 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
