CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E044BR) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Solid brass construction and internal dual steel pins allow two template options: leave pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove pins for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (and in some cases competitive rectangular cut-outs). These features make the Vienna Hinge a reliable solid brass shower hinge and a top choice for frameless shower door installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° and 85° markings. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models are set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle wall conditions (specify up to 45°) to help achieve proper closure when standard adjustment is insufficient.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
