CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045PN) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors when standard hinges are not strong enough. Internal dual steel pins provide two template options: leave pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs to protect small-radius corners, or remove the pins for greater adjustability and fit to rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive cut-outs). Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side. Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired door closing position. Load Capacity:

• Two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass hold up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass hold up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
