CRL Vienna Hinges — Model V1E045SN

Solid-brass Vienna hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where standard hinges fail. Two internal steel pins provide dual template options: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (recommended for safety), or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs — including some competitive templates.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN:

Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure toward the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN:

Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle installations (e.g., walls not meeting the door at 90°).

Load Capacity & Hinge Count:

• Using two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
