CRL Vienna Hinges provide a heavy-duty solution for wider, heavier shower doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for increased safety, or remove them for greater adjustability with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and in some cases, compatible with competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

PERFORMANCE:
- Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
- Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
