CRL Vienna Hinges provide heavy-duty support for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fail. Designed for glass shower doors and frameless shower installations, the Vienna Hinge uses two internal steel pins for alternate glass cut-out templates: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs. In many cases the hinge also fits competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to engage the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre-set models come factory set to 85°.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
