CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045MG) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless doors where standard hinges fail. Built from solid brass with two internal steel pins for mounting flexibility, the Vienna Hinge supports both "mouse-ears" rounded cut-outs and rectangular square-corner cut-outs—pins left in place for mouse-ears, or removed for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or some competitive rectangular cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with 90° activated; Pre-Set models are set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lb (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
