CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045VBR) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors that standard hinges cannot support. Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place to use with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for safety, or remove the pins to increase adjustability and fit CRL rectangular square-corner cut-outs (may also fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs). These solid-brass, heavy-duty shower door hinges are ideal when you need durable brass hinges for heavy glass doors.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° pin does not achieve the desired closing position.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
