CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180VBR) provide a heavy-duty glass-to-glass pivot solution for wider, heavier shower doors when traditional hinges lack the strength. Engineered with two internal steel pins, the Vienna Hinge supports two installation styles: leave the pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and fitment with CRL rectangular, square-corner cut-outs — and in some cases competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are shipped on 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to select the alternate setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (for walls that do not meet the door at 90°). Specify a custom angle up to 45° if the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired closure.

Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass, each hinge set supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges increases capacity up to 140 lbs (63 kg) for the same maximum door width.
