CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180GM) provide heavy-duty, reliable support for wider and heavier shower doors when traditional hinges are insufficient. The hinge contains two internal steel pins that offer mounting flexibility: leave the pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs).

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side and an 85° side. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; pre-set models are set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to switch sides.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angle needed, up to 45°). Useful when walls or site conditions prevent a 90° installation.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lb. (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lb. (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
