CRL Vienna Hinges are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fall short. Two internal steel pins provide mounting options: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" style cut-outs, or remove them for greater adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular square-cornered cut-outs (and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Rotate the pin to activate the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure. Pre-set models come pre-set to 85°.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins (up to 45°) are available to accommodate off-angle installations where the wall and door do not meet at 90°.

Load Capacity

Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
