CRL Vienna Hinges provide a heavy-duty shower door hinge solution for wider, heavier frameless glass doors when traditional hinges are not strong enough. Two strategically placed internal steel pins allow template flexibility: leave pins installed for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and fit with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side (standard) and an 85° side (pre-set models). Rotate the pin (not flip) to switch between 90° and the 85° tighter closure into the shower interior.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angle up to 45°) when walls or framing do not meet the door at 90°.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
