CRL Vienna Hinges provide a heavy‑duty shower hinge solution for wider, heavier frameless glass doors where traditional hinges fail. Internal dual steel pins offer two template options: leave pins in for CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability with CRL rectangular (square‑corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, compatible competitor cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre‑set models are set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off‑angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
