CRL Vienna Hinges are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fail. The Vienna hinge features two internal steel pins that provide mounting template options: leave the pins in place to use CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs for added glass safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability with CRL rectangular (square‑corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° (standard) and the other 85° (tighter, 5° closer toward the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the preset angle. Pre‑set models ship with the 85° setting.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off‑angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass, holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges, holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with the same maximum door width.
