CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180BN) are heavy-duty, solid-brass frameless shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors where standard hinges fail. The Vienna design uses two internal steel pins to support different CRL glass cut-outs: leave the pins in for "mouse‑ears" cut-outs or remove them to fit CRL rectangular (square‑corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs. These features make the Vienna ideal as a frameless shower door hinge or a brass Vienna hinge for custom shower enclosures.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with 90° and 85° settings. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; pre-set models use 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Optional custom pivot pins can be specified for off-angle installations (up to 45°) when walls or returns are not a standard 90°.

LOAD CAPACITY:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
