CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E092BN) are heavy-duty 90° glass-to-glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless doors where traditional hinges fall short. Built from solid brass, Vienna Hinges include two internal steel pins that provide installation template options: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and fit with CRL rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (and in some cases competitive rectangular cut-outs). These features make the Vienna Hinge a durable choice for tempered glass shower doors and other residential or hotel shower door applications.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship pre-set to 85° for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle walls or non-90° installations. Specify the required closing angle (up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
