CRL Vienna Hinges are a heavy-duty brass shower door hinge engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors when traditional hinges aren’t strong enough. Two internal steel pins provide template options: leave both pins in place to use CRL “mouse-ears” cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with 90° marked on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with 90° activated. Pre-set models ship at 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve desired door closure.

Load Capacity
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
