CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E092PN) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors when conventional hinges lack strength. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (recommended for added safety), or remove them for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular, square-corner cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Available for off-angle installations (specify the needed angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
