CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E092FG) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors that standard hinges cannot support. Internal dual steel pins provide two template/mounting options: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (may fit some competitor cut-outs).

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°; pre-set models ship at 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the setting.

Custom pivot pin: Custom pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° does not achieve the desired closure.

Load capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass, supports up to 110 lb (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges, supports up to 140 lb (63 kg) with the same maximum width.
