CRL Vienna Hinges are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass shower doors when traditional hinges are not strong enough. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template options: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — in some cases fitting competitive rectangular cut-outs as well. These brass glass shower door hinges are ideal when you need reliable support and adjustability for tempered glass shower doors.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a Reversible Pivot Pin with one side marked 90° and the other 85°. Standard models ship set to 90°. Pre-Set models ship set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pivot pin (do not flip) to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom Pivot Pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Capacity:
Using two hinges: Holds up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm) for 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm).
Using three hinges: Holds up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm) for 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm).
