CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037VBR) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors when standard hinges are insufficient. The Vienna hinge uses two internal steel pins to provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in to work with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and fitment with CRL and some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs. These solid brass shower door hinges are ideal as a heavy-duty shower door hinge for 3/8 to 1/2 inch glass.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°. Pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the closing angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle walls or non-standard installations when the standard 5° pivot does not achieve the desired closing position.

LOAD CAPACITY & RECOMMENDATIONS:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
