CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037GM) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where traditional hinges fall short. The hinge uses two internal steel pins to support two cut-out templates: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and in some cases competitive rectangular cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are shipped with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the angle.

Custom Pivot Pins: Available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Performance: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass the system supports up to 110 lb (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges increases capacity to 140 lb (63 kg) with the same maximum width.
