CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037MGM) provide a heavy-duty shower door hinge solution for wider, heavier doors that standard hinges cannot support. Two strategically placed internal steel pins offer mounting template flexibility: leave the pins in for CRL “mouse-ears” cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship at 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

LOAD CAPACITY:

Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
