CRL Vienna Hinges deliver a heavy-duty shower door hinge solution for wider, heavier glass doors where standard hinges fail. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins installed for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and fitment with CRL rectangular square-corner cut-outs (and in some cases competitive rectangular cut-outs). These hinges are engineered for reliable performance on residential and hotel shower doors.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° option does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Capacity (performance):
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
