CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180RG) are heavy-duty 180 degree glass-to-glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors that standard hinges cannot support. Solid brass construction and two strategically placed internal steel pins provide flexible template options: leave the pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them to increase adjustability and fit CRL or some competitive rectangular square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side (standard) and an 85° side (pre-set option) for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the activated angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins (up to 45°) are available to accommodate off-angle installations where walls do not meet the door at 90°.

CAPACITY & RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lb (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
