The CRL Geneva Series professional hinge (SKU: GEN180GM) fits 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and offers six style options—three wall-mount and three glass-to-glass—for design flexibility. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs, Geneva Hinges are built for durable, corrosion-resistant shower door performance. Ideal long-tail searches: brass shower door hinge for 8mm to 12mm glass, self-centering reversible pivot hinge for frameless showers.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active; offset models are pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the setting.

Using two hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 80 lb (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 120 lb (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) are available for off-angle installations—specify angles up to 45°. Note: custom pins can affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics; contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance.
