CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045BL) are heavy-duty solid brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors where standard hinges fail. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive cut-outs). These hinges are ideal as brass shower door hinges for 3/8"–1/2" glass and offer durable corrosion resistance and reliable performance for residential and hotel shower installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship set to 85° for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off‑angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
