CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L044SB) are premium glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors that standard hinges cannot support. Similar to Vienna Hinges, Cologne Hinges feature radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Constructed with solid brass and internal steel pins, these hinges offer durable performance and flexible mounting options for glass shower doors and frameless shower enclosures.

Two internal steel pins provide template flexibility: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (safer for mouse-ear style notches), or remove the pins to increase adjustability and fit CRL rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs — and in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° for off-angle installations where walls or openings are not square and the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Using two hinges with 1/2" glass (12 mm): holds up to 100 lbs. (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" glass (10 mm): holds up to 130 lbs. (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).

Using three hinges with 1/2" glass (12 mm): holds up to 130 lbs. (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
