CRL Cologne Hinges combine the look of Vienna Hinges with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance. Engineered as heavy-duty shower door hinges, Cologne Hinges support wider, heavier doors that traditional hinges cannot. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive cut-outs. STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90º (standard) and the other 85º (pre-set option). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change which angle is active. The 85º side provides a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment does not solve closing alignment issues.
