The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N045SB) is a solid brass, decorative shower door hinge designed for durable, reliable performance. Compared to the Geneva Series, Pinnacle adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleeker appearance. Pinnacle Hinges accept 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs ensure long service life and consistent door closure. The hinge includes a reversible 5° pivot pin (standard with 90° active); a Custom Pivot Pin is available for off-angle installations up to 45°.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship with the pin set at 85° (5° tighter closure into shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins accommodate off-angle installations (up to 45°). Specify the required closing angle if the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired door position.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 8–12 mm glass: up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 8–12 mm glass: up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
