The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N180SB) offers a sleek alternative to the Geneva Series with radius corners and beveled edges for a modern, polished look. Designed for framed and frameless glass shower doors, Pinnacle accommodates 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and provides reliable, self-centering action when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, these hinges deliver long service life and consistent door closure. The Pinnacle includes the same reversible 5° pivot pin found in CRL Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series hinges; custom pivot pins (up to 45°) are available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin—one side marked 90° (standard) and the other 85° (5° tighter closure). Models can be pre-set at the factory to 85° for a tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin is rotated (not flipped) to switch settings.

Custom Pivot Pin: Specify a custom angle (up to 45°) when walls or returns require an off-angle pivot to achieve proper door closure.

Weight & Capacity:
Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" glass (8–12 mm): holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" glass (8–12 mm): holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
