The CRL Pinnacle Hinge is a premium frameless shower door hinge—similar to the Geneva Series but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleeker appearance. Designed for frameless glass shower doors, Pinnacle accommodates 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and is self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, the hinge delivers long service life and dependable door closure.

Pinnacle includes the reversible 5° pivot pin (standard on Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series). A custom pivot pin is available for off-angle installations up to 45°.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN:

Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN:

Custom pivot pins accommodate off-angle walls or non-90° installations—specify the required angle (up to 45°) when standard adjustment is insufficient.

Capacity:
Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
