The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU P1N0920RB) matches the performance of our Geneva Series but adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleeker visual profile. Engineered for tempered safety glass 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick, Pinnacle is self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, these hinges deliver long service life and reliable door closure for shower doors and glass partitions.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin rotates (do not flip) to change the activated angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angles up to 45°) when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

CAPACITY:
Using two hinges (5/16"–1/2" glass) the hinge supports up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm). Using three hinges (5/16"–1/2" glass) the hinge supports up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
