The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N092CH) is a solid-brass shower door hinge designed for premium glass shower enclosures. Compared to the Geneva Series, Pinnacle adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. It accepts 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and features stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for long service life and reliable door closure.

Key differentiators: a Reversible 5° Pivot Pin for adjustable closing force, radius corners and beveled edges for refined aesthetics, and optional Custom Pivot Pins for off-angle installations—ideal for installers needing a tailored solution for non-90° walls.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN:

Each Pinnacle Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN:

Custom Pivot Pins are available up to 45° for "off-angle" installations when the standard 5° does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
