The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N092MBL) is a radius-corner, beveled-edge alternative to the Geneva Series, engineered for a sleek appearance on frameless shower doors. Pinnacle Hinges accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for long service life and reliable door closure, the Pinnacle includes the reversible 5° pivot pin featured across CRL hinge families. A custom pivot pin option is available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; pre-set models ship with the 85° side activated for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins can be specified for off-angle wall conditions (up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired closing position.

LOAD CAPACITY:

• Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
• Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
