CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N180BN) is a premium glass shower hinge—similar to the Geneva Series but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance. Designed for glass shower doors and glass-to-glass applications, Pinnacle Hinges accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for long service life and reliable door closure. Includes the reversible 5° pivot pin used across Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series; custom pivot pins available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with 85° engaged (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). The pin rotates (do not flip) to change the active angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Available for off-angle conditions (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm)
• Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm)
