The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N180BBRZ) is a premium glass shower door hinge designed for tempered glass shower doors. Like the Geneva Series, Pinnacle adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, contemporary look. Engineered for durability, Pinnacle Hinges accept 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15 degrees of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, these hinges deliver reliable door closure and long service life—ideal for residential and hotel shower installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with markings for 90° (standard) and 85° (5° tighter closure). Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with 85° activated. The pin can be rotated to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45° if the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient).

LOAD CAPACITY:

Using two hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8 to 12 mm): holds up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8 to 12 mm): holds up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
