CRL Pinnacle Hinge (Cat. No. P1N180BR) — a 180 degree glass-to-glass hinge for frameless shower doors that combines the proven performance of our Geneva Series with a refined look: radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek appearance. Designed for 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass, Pinnacle Hinges are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for long service life and reliable door closure. Includes the reversible 5° pivot pin found in our Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models are factory-set at 85° for a tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to activate the alternate side.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins can be specified for off-angle installations (up to 45°) when a non-90° wall condition prevents proper door closure with the standard 5° pivot.

Load Capacity:

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
