The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N180PN) is a refined alternative to the Geneva Series hinge, featuring radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance. Designed for shower doors, Pinnacle Hinges accept 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, these shower door hinges deliver durable, reliable door closure. The Pinnacle includes the reversible 5° pivot pin found in Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite series; custom pivot pins up to 45° are available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the other 85°. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are factory-set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip upside down) to change the activated side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins (up to 45°) are available to accommodate non-90° wall-to-door conditions where the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
