The CRL Trento Hinge (SKU: TNT045BBRZ) is a heavy-duty, rectangular-profile hinge engineered for frameless shower doors. Designed for modern bathrooms and hotel applications, it delivers a narrow gap aesthetic, durable operation, and fully concealed screws for a refined finish.
The Trento uses compressible NAF gaskets that adapt to surface variations, maintaining a consistent grip on 3/8" and 1/2" monolithic tempered glass. Use monolithic tempered glass only.
STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin that adjusts the door’s self-centering closed position by 5° (select 95° or 85° by rotating the pin). This allows fine alignment to improve seal performance and ensure smooth, reliable operation.
Load capacity:
- Two-hinge installation: supports doors up to 140 lb (63 kg), up to 40" (1016 mm) wide
- Three-hinge installation: supports doors up to 175 lb (79 kg), up to 40" (1016 mm) wide
