The CRL Trento Hinge (SKU: TNT045MBL) is a heavy-duty hinge engineered for modern frameless shower doors. It supports panels up to 140 lbs in a standard two-hinge installation and features a sleek rectangular body with a narrow gap and fully concealed mounting screws for a refined appearance.

The Trento Hinge uses durable NAF gaskets compatible with both 3/8" and 1/2" (10 and 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. This compressible gasket adapts to surface variations to maintain a consistent grip between hinge and glass—ideal for frameless shower door installations requiring a tight seal and smooth operation.

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin that adjusts the door’s closed position. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to shift the self-centering angle by 5°—choose 95° or 85°—to ensure proper alignment with surrounding panels and improved sealing.

Load capacities:

• Using two hinges with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 and 12 mm) glass: supports doors up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum width 40" (1016 mm).
• Using three hinges with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 and 12 mm) glass: supports doors up to 175 lbs (79 kg), maximum width 40" (1016 mm).
