CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E074DBBZ) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where standard hinges fail. Dual internal steel pins provide two template options: leave pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and in some cases competitive rectangular cut-outs. Durable solid-brass construction and precision engineering make these hinges a reliable choice for frameless shower door hardware and commercial or residential glass door installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with 90° and 85° markings. Standard models ship with 90° activated; pre-set models ship with 85° for a slightly tighter closure. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins (up to 45°) are available for off-angle wall-to-door conditions when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.
