CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU C0L180PN) are radius‑corner, beveled‑edge shower door hinges designed as a heavy‑duty alternative to Vienna hinges. Engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins that provide mounting template flexibility: leave the pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse‑ears" cut‑outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and fit with CRL or some competitive rectangular, square‑corner cut‑outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre‑Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the angle.

Custom Pivot Pins: Available to accommodate off‑angle installations (specify up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
