The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN092BR) fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass—provide design flexibility for frameless glass shower enclosures. Geneva hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs, these brass shower hinges combine durability and corrosion resistance for residential and hotel shower doors.


Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the other 85°. Standard models ship set to 90°. Offset models are pre-set to 85° for a tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) are available to specify angles up to 45° for off-angle doors. If the standard 5° reversal does not achieve the desired closing position, contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department. Using a custom pin may affect glass dimensions and enclosure aesthetics.

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
